You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewThe North America Digital Project Manager for Crocs is responsible for managing and coordinating key regional marketing projects for our NA digital business. This position will support our accelerating growth through managing project timelines of multiple channels via our PM softwares (AirTable, JIRA), holding key players accountable for timelines & deadlines, and ensuring project delivery aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels (website, app, paid social, email/SMS) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management software like AirTable, JIRA and DAM.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects & leverage internal feedback to improve project execution.
  • Core business hours are 9am – 5pm MT.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact between the NA Digital Activation team, Global Marketing & Onsite hubs, internal and external creative partners and internal project managers.
  • Attend Digital Activation touch bases to understand and prepare for new projects based on business need.
  • Coordinate seasonal creative kickoff presentations and campaign post-mortem decks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for NA digital initiatives. Monitor progress of project delivery and proactively address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery. Follow up with cross-functional partners regularly to ensure integrated and commercial marketing timelines are being met.
  • Oversee and coordinate the production and delivery of creative assets (site & app assets, social media, email templates, display ads), ensuring that what agencies & contractors deliver meets the brief, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Organize and link creative jobs through PM software. Review deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in project execution.
