About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects across diverse areas of IT. This role requires a professional with proven experience managing complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets while navigating varying technical domains.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in IT environments.
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously across different IT sectors (e.g., software, infrastructure, security, cloud).
Strong understanding of diverse IT disciplines and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical domains.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
Experience with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing enterprise-level or large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity frameworks.
Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multiple IT projects concurrently, spanning areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud services.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders across different business and technical units.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for parallel initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Adapt project management approaches to suit varying IT sectors and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
