About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects across diverse areas of IT. This role requires a professional with proven experience managing complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets while navigating varying technical domains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously across different IT sectors (e.g., software, infrastructure, security, cloud).
  • Strong understanding of diverse IT disciplines and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  • Experience with Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing enterprise-level or large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple IT projects concurrently, spanning areas such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud services.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders across different business and technical units.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for parallel initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adapt project management approaches to suit varying IT sectors and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations when applicable.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
