This includes the full range of project engineering and management support from initial project development through to engineering design, construction and project close out. The role will also provide support for the development of processes, systems and procedures aimed at consolidating to a single approach for the delivery of projects

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in job posting country
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
  • 7 or more months of experience in a Project Management role in the energy, construction, or related industry.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 or more years of experience working on Midstream projects
  • 5 or more years of direct project management experience
  • Knowledge of: SAP modules
  • Phillips 66 management of change principles
  • Federal, state, and local regulations, industry standards, and DOT requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead, interact, and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of various sized projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Develop detailed project execution plans, coordinate engineering and construction activities, and manage internal and external resources.
  • Engage stakeholders, define and document requirements, and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of processes and systems to drive project consistency and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, manage contractor and vendor relationships, and conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Facilitate technical design reviews, oversee permitting and compliance activities, and ensure lessons learned are captured and shared.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver projects that support strategic business goals.
