This role could be in Washington; Oregon; Wyoming; Colorado; California; Texas; Georgia; Florida; or potentially at new properties within our collection of hotels & resorts. THE JOB: The Director of? Outlets is responsible for assisting the Director of Food and Beverage in the overall management and operations of the resort's food and beverage department. This role primarily focuses on coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the four dining outlets within the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, financial success, and adherence to quality and service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • Seven or more years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a resort or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Professional appearance and presentation required.
  • Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including MS Word/Excel/Outlook, POS, and

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of food and beverage policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's four dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and any other food and beverage venues.
  • Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and other staff to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards, addressing guest concerns, and continually seeking ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Supervise and provide leadership to food and beverage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverage items in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining outlets to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to quality standards
