We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of Bryan’s personal health protocol and related medical initiatives. You would streamline the process for all of our projects on this team, including internal and external/vendor projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all projects are maintaining tight timelines.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in project/program management, preferably in a medical or scientific setting
  • Ability to maintain a high volume of complex workflows simultaneously
  • Extreme level of meticulousness, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Ability to move projects along quickly, ensuring external parties move at our pace
  • Data-oriented mindset (experience tracking metrics, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Experience supporting founders/executives

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with diagnostics, clinical workflows, or longevity space

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of Blueprint health initiatives and experiments
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans across diagnostics, treatments, and protocols
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Coordinate with physicians, specialists, labs, and external providers
  • Schedule and manage diagnostics (e.g., bloodwork, imaging, testing)
  • Ensure all medical data is collected, organized, and delivered on time
  • Manage relationships with clinics, longevity providers, and vendors
  • Maintain structured tracking of biomarkers, interventions, and results
  • Act as the central hub for all health-related logistics
  • Anticipate issues and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Maintain extremely high standards of precision and follow-through
