Tenth Avenue Holdings Decamarx is a portfolio of brands within Tenth Avenue Holdings, spanning apparel, home goods, pet products, jewelry, and skincare. What You Will Do The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution across the Decamarx portfolio by translating strategy into coordinated, cross-functional delivery. This role sits at the center of Brand/Creative, Paid/Growth, Retention, Website, Sales, and Product — ensuring marketing initiatives move from concept to launch with clarity, accountability, and efficiency. This is an operational control role, and the Project Manager protects execution velocity while reducing chaos, redundancy, and last-minute risk across multiple brands operating across DTC and wholesale channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing project management or marketing operations in DTC and/or ecommerce marketing environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives involving creative, paid media, retention, and web/ecommerce teams for multiple brands.
  • Experience overseeing multi-campaign calendars, product launches, or seasonal marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, departments, or brands simultaneously.
  • Track record of driving on-time campaign execution and reducing operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience facilitating project intake, prioritization, and workflow management.
  • Experience running execution reviews, status reporting, and leadership visibility processes.
  • Proven ability to identify project dependencies, capacity constraints, and execution risks.
  • Experience translating strategic marketing plans into structured project timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing planning cycles (quarterly campaigns, product launches, seasonal initiatives).
  • Experience improving marketing workflows, processes, or operating models with AI.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, etc.
  • Experience with marketing calendar and campaign planning tools.
  • Experience with documentation and workflow systems such as Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the master marketing calendar across all brands, ensuring clear visibility into campaign timelines, priorities, and upcoming launches.
  • Translate quarterly marketing strategy into detailed project timelines and structured execution plans.
  • Coordinate the execution of campaigns and product launches across creative, paid media, retention, ecommerce, website, sales, and product teams.
  • Track key milestones and ensure cross-functional readiness for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across marketing and related teams to keep initiatives moving forward efficiently.
  • Identify project dependencies across brands and teams to ensure work is aligned and executed in the correct sequence.
  • Clarify ownership, responsibilities, and decision-making within marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the intake process for creative and campaign requests, prioritizing work based on business impact and team capacity.
  • Coordinate project workflows across brands to balance workloads and prevent bottlenecks.
  • Maintain standardized project documentation, briefs, and workflows to support clear handoffs between teams.
  • Lead regular execution reviews with functional leads to track campaign progress and address risks early.
  • Provide clear updates to leadership on campaign timelines, status, and execution risks.
  • Support quarterly and annual marketing planning by identifying resource gaps and operational constraints.
  • Drive operational discipline across marketing initiatives to ensure campaigns launch on time and teams operate with clarity and accountability.
