About The Position

Atlas Advisors, LLC is seeking a Cleared Project Manager to oversee NATO language support operations in Poland, Latvia, and Ukraine. The Program Manager will coordinate linguist teams, ensure contract compliance, and serve as the primary point of contact for NATO officials and Atlas Advisors leadership. This position requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a multi-national workforce in dynamic environments. This position is contingent on contract award

Requirements

NATO citizenship
Active NATO SECRET clearance
Strong background in program or project management, preferably in a defense, government, or international operations environment
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate multi-national operations
Must be fluent in English
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work in operational environments, travel within the region, and remain available as required by mission demands

Responsibilities

Provide overall management, coordination, and oversight of linguist support operations across multiple countries
Serve as the principal interface with NATO representatives, host-nation authorities, and company leadership
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, and reporting obligations
Monitor and evaluate linguist performance, addressing issues and implementing corrective measures as necessary
Prepare and deliver operational updates, audits, and review materials for NATO and Atlas Advisors
Oversee administrative, logistical, and personnel matters related to deployed teams
Maintain availability during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Mon–Fri) and remain on-call for urgent coordination outside of working hours
