Then you've come to the right place. As a KAM Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be the interface between our concession partners and our Key Account Management team.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (in business, organisation or international studies) or comparable vocational training.
  • Ideally, initial professional experience (e.g. through internships) in an internationally active company.
  • You are an Excel pro and love creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Due to the international nature of our company, language skills (English and German) are required.
  • You are curious about data, think analytically, and feel confident communicating your insights to different stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail is second nature to you. You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner.
  • You are a communicative person and enjoy constant interaction with our business partners and your beeline colleagues – even in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (a few times per year).

Responsibilities

  • Actively support our existing partners in all operational matters.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships.
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between sales partners and internal departments.
  • Creating presentations, reports and evaluations as a basis for decision-making.
  • Preparing sales-related information such as promotions, delivery dates or location analyses – and passing it on to all relevant interfaces.
  • Participating in meetings and calls, including preparation and follow-up, and sending meeting summaries to stakeholders.
  • Organising and coordinating our expansion strategy.
  • Preparing market analyses and identifying potential.
  • Actively supporting internal projects and processes – in a structured, forward-looking and reliable manner.
