Join our team as a Project Manager Liaison and play a pivotal role in supporting the supply chain risk management efforts for the high-impact SM-3 program. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively manage project tasks while keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way.

Requirements

  • Typically a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Raytheon Earned Value (EV) Certification or any other similar certifications.
  • Proficient with SAP and Earned Value Tools (APEX/PRISM/BW/PMX Tools).
  • Understand EAC structure/preparation.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Could present and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders and functions.
  • Understand Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning with forecasting metrics.
  • Experience working independently with limited oversight and with higher levels of management.
  • General understanding of U.S Government laws and regulations including FAR, DFARS, and ITAR.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) on a quarterly basis and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly including estimate of costs, test of reasonableness analysis, and risk and opportunities assessment at the Program / Product / Mission area level.
  • Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
  • Prepare forecast, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
  • Participate in critical program communication meetings such as the Monthly Program Review (MPR) and EAC reviews to communicate issues / changes / risks / opportunities, as well as other budget reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR), and audit activities.
  • Proposal support including Basis of Estimate (BOE) input and supporting review of BOEs, Statement of Works (SOW), and contract changes.
  • Support of IOT setup, management, and closure.
  • Labor charging monitoring and management across all applicable accounts.
  • Support of project management tasks / goals of the IPT.
