Requirements

Experience with program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring
Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks
Ability to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively
Ability to oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Program Management, or 10+ years of experience managing large-scale DoD programs in lieu of a degree
PMP Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation
Possession of excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
