The Recruitment Project Manager leads end-to-end recruitment programs to attract, assess, and hire top-tier law enforcement and security talent for mission-critical roles. This role builds and executes multi-channel outreach strategies, manages complex recruiting projects, partners with internal stakeholders and external pipelines (e.g., academies, military installations, HBCUs, professional associations), and ensures compliance with federal, agency, and national security requirements. The PM is accountable for measurable outcomes—time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity objectives, and applicant experience—across multiple concurrent hiring campaigns. Job Location: Must live in the Washington, DC area, willingness to travel (20–40%) for events and partner engagements; occasional evening/weekend work for mission needs.
