About The Position

Aspetto is seeking a Tactical Account Manager – Law Enforcement to grow, manage and expand relationships across state and local law enforcement agencies. This role bridges operational users and procurement stakeholders — ensuring agencies receive properly configured mission equipment while driving long-term program adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Law Enforcement, Military, Tactical Sales, or public sector account management
  • Familiarity with police equipment, body armor, or tactical systems
  • Experience interacting with command staff and procurement officials
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to agencies and training sites

  • Prior sworn law enforcement or military experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned law enforcement agencies
  • Develop multi-year equipment adoption strategies within agencies
  • Identify new program opportunities (armor replacement cycles, specialty units, task forces, grant funding)
  • Conduct equipment assessments with end users
  • Translate operational needs into compliant configurations
  • Navigate agency purchasing pathways (quotes, bids, cooperatives, and grants)
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and deployment timelines
  • Maintain CRM documentation and forecasting accuracy
