About The Position

You will become an integral member of one or more of the cross-functional teams (we call it "Pod") and work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure Portfolio's initiatives are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall roadmap priorities. You will successfully lead complex program with transformation impact. You will lead ideation, plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and executive sponsors. You will partner with Product Management Director to establish repeatable software development release management processes. You will use your SDLC, Scrum Agile and release management experiences to improve the speed and quality of software development and release processes. You will contribute to continuous improvement of project and program management processes - methodology, templates, best practices etc.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills packed with positive "can do" attitude.
  • Hands-on experiences with Agile (mainly Scrum), and expert knowledge on Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to successfully lead multi-disciplinary projects that contain both business and technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Servant leadership to lead diverse and distributed project members in a matrix environment.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy strategic discussions to shape and formulate desired outcomes.
  • A bias for action and ability to operationalize high-level strategic goals into concrete and actionable project plans.
  • Believe in collaboration and knowledge share to support his/her colleagues personal and professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP
  • CSM
  • CSPO are highly desirable but not mandatory. Hands-on, real-world experiences are more valued than certifications.
