About The Position

Project Manager – IT Service Delivery Location: Remote Salary: $120-170k Sabot Consulting is seeking a Project Manager who will lead and manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional technical teams, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring the successful implementation of standardized, ITIL-aligned service management practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Active ITIL 4 Practice Manager certification (Monitor, Support & Fulfill; Plan, Implement & Control; Collaborate, Assure & Improve).
  • 7 years of experience leading IT projects and technical teams.
  • 5 years of experience implementing or overseeing ITSM practices in environments with 2,000+ endpoints.
  • 5 years of experience supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) across the full asset lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing project schedules, implementation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large public-sector or enterprise organizations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ITSM and ITAM implementation initiatives, including discovery, assessment, design, implementation, and transition to operations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and decision forums.
  • Oversee development of ITSM process documentation, including workflows, roles, responsibilities, RACIs, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Track project performance and report progress through weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and Authority organizational objectives.
  • Support organizational change management and adoption activities.
