Role Details: We’re seeking an experienced, pragmatic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT SecOps projects and drive measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with our IT SecOps, Cybersecurity, and broader IT teams plus external vendors and service providers to set clear objectives, manage risks, and enhance delivery coordination across a dynamic and growing portfolio.

Requirements

  • Solid project management experience within IT Operations or Cybersecurity contexts.
  • Strong stakeholder management with hybrid/agile delivery experience.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and adaptable working style.
  • Proven track record stabilising and accelerating delayed projects (recovery/reset scenarios).
  • Experience working with hybrid/agile delivery models.
  • Hands‑on project management—able to bridge team gaps and support analysis/reviews when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Jira or Monday.com.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile/Scrum.
  • Familiarity with NIST or ISO 27001 frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of new, in-flight, and ongoing projects across our IT Security Operations portfolio.
  • Recover delayed projects: Reassess priorities, realign stakeholders, and reset delivery plans to bring projects back on track and meet revised targets.
  • Coordinate across globally distributed teams and external partners to align delivery.
  • Conduct business impact analysis and ensure robust go-live planning for all initiatives.
  • Escalate risks early and maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and risk registers.
  • Provide clear and concise executive-level project summaries on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
