About The Position

We are seeking an IT Business Operations Project Manager to lead IT projects, assist with onboard acquisitions into our Microsoft 365 Teams information architecture, and ensure delivery of initiatives for the business objectives. In this role you will also oversees IT policy and SOP development, program reporting, and IT communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT project experience with strong understanding of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure, plus 3+ years working with Microsoft 365.
• Background in IT Service Delivery or Managed Service Providers with strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills; effective team player.
• Demonstrated leadership and independent decision-making; PMP or related project management certification.

Nice To Haves

• PMO and Agile project management experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives.
• Background in IT security projects and Microsoft 365/Teams administration.
• Ability to identify knowledge gaps, create training materials, and deliver training.
• Experience supporting acquisition onboarding and system/process integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee information architecture needs, improving structure and documentation across IT systems as required.
• Lead cross-functional program management efforts, keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Serve as the primary team administrator, ensuring the Information Architect is enforced and adapts as the business grows. Provide operational support for the IT Business Operations team.
• Develop training materials and instructional videos for our end users using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft apps.
• Turn high level requirements into actionable plans, engaging resource across the organization to refine requirements.
• Draft, update, review and IT policies needed for compliance; Lead the IT organization through annual revalidation process.
