Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of end‑to‑end delivery of T+1 regulatory initiatives, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Establish and manage project governance, including steering committees, working groups, and executive reporting
  • Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams spanning Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and external market participants
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on regulatory requirements, timelines, and readiness
  • Oversee development of business readiness plans, operational procedures, controls, and post‑implementation stabilization
  • Identify, assess, and escalate key risks impacting settlement performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare executive‑level status updates, materials, and communications supporting decision‑making and change enablement
  • Work with Product leaders to provide industry knowledge and direction to clients
  • Assist in making difficult decisions and escalations depending on industry direction and technological availability
  • Drive engagement with external market participants (e.g., sub‑custodians, brokers, industry utilities) to confirm readiness, testing plans, and operational cut‑offs
  • Support alignment across U.S., UK, and European stakeholders where applicable, recognizing regional regulatory nuances
