About The Position
Winter Construction is seeking to add a Project Manager to our Interiors Team! This Opportunity Features: Project Diversity Manage interesting projects across a wide array of markets. Opportunities for Advancement Winter's SPACES is busy and growing quickly! Local Focus We are based in Atlanta & love building in and around our city.
Requirements
- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
- Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
- Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.
