Winter Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to join our SPACES Division This Opportunity Features: Project Diversity Lead exciting, fast-moving commercial projects across diverse markets. Opportunities for Advancement Winter’s SPACES Division is busy and growing quickly! Local Focus We are based in Atlanta & love building in and around our city.

Requirements

Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
Background in 1 or more of the following markets: Education, Office, Historic Preservation, Adaptive Re-Use, Hospitality, or Municipal.
Proficiency in Project Scheduling, Subcontractor Relations, & Project Financials.
