About The Position

579149 Project Manager, Installations and Construction - Gainesville/Ocala/Tallahassee (Field based position) Drive the successful execution of imaging system installation projects by leading end-to-end coordination between customers, internal teams, and site readiness activities. Your role: You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination for imaging system installations including MRI, CT, X-ray, and Image-Guided Therapy systems You will develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery You will monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address risks to keep projects on track and aligned to customer expectations You will partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support order execution, revenue forecasting, and overall customer satisfaction You will ensure customer sites meet technical and operational requirements (e.g., drawings, specifications, infrastructure readiness) prior to installation You’re willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned zone, with occasional travel outside the territory, and are based in North Florida or South Georgia You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or a related field (construction or healthcare equipment experience preferred) Your skills include project coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, environmental), including reading floor plans, drawings, and specifications You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WY is $83,363 to $133,380 per year. The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY is $87,750 to $140,400 per year. The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA is $92,138 to $147,420 per year. The pay range for this position in CA, CT, MA, NJ, DC is $98,280 to $157,248 per year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Requirements
