About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking two IT Project Managers to support strategic initiatives within our Information Systems team. This role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that support system-wide operations. This is an on-site position based in Radnor, PA, with travel to Main Line Health hospitals as needed.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or IT environments
  • 3+ years of project management experience or 5 years of IT experience
  • Experience managing projects and working with teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in IT project management, preferably in healthcare environments
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, leadership, and clinical parters
  • Ability to translate technical concepts, timelines, and deliverables for diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in Agile and Waterfall project frameworks
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out
  • Leverage project management tools to develop, and maintain comprehensive and audit-ready project documentation; including but not limited to: project charters, timelines, budgets, status reports, RAID/RIDAC logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences, translating business needs into executable IT solutions while managing expectations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with organizational IT strategy and program goals
  • Support both Agile sprint-based initiatives and Waterfall project delivery.
