Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, or a related field
  • Prior experience managing large projects and cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, budgeting, and financial management
  • Demonstrated technical skills in Microsoft Office, Office 365, DevOps or other project management software
  • Communication, leadership, problem solving, conflict resolution, adaptability, time management, and teamwork
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Sponsorship is not available for this role

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support ERP project initiatives within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including enhancements, integrations, process optimization, workflow automation, and user adoption
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and documentation to establish project scope, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes
  • Develop project schedules, resource allocations, and milestone roadmaps to drive timely execution of technology projects across Information Services
  • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, the Manager of Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and the Director of Information Services to convert business needs into executable technical plans
  • Coordinate project workstreams, manage task assignments, and maintain accountability through structured progress tracking, standups, and milestone checkpoints
  • Track and communicate status updates, risk indicators, decision dependencies, and timeline impacts to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and consistency
  • Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness by coordinating test plans, acceptance criteria, defect tracking, sign-off steps, and go-live approvals
  • Support data migration, validation, cutover readiness, and post-implementation confirmation of successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate project documentation — including decision logs, risk registers, change requests, schedules, and configuration notes
  • Assist with training coordination, release communication, and user enablement activities to support smooth transitions and strong customer experience outcomes
  • Partner with vendors and third parties as needed, reviewing deliverables, work estimates, timelines, and technical integrations
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying workflow gaps, recommending enhancements, and measuring performance results after implementation
  • Travel to Boyd CAT locations as required to support project workshops, onsite discovery, implementation phases, go-lives, and continuous improvement activities
  • Direct project management activities for both Business Analyst and Information Systems teams, ensuring timely delivery of objectives within defined scope and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve superior results and deliver high-quality products
  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Information Services, business units, and external vendors; facilitate effective communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project team meetings, assign tasks, and follow up on progress
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project objectives
  • Analyze post-implementation outcomes to identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives that enhance system performance and user experience
  • Oversee communication and training efforts related to project implementations
  • Manage data migration and integration activities
  • Lead continuous improvement meetings to drive ongoing enhancements
  • Recommend to manager ideas to improve the department's operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes
  • Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
  • Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
