Project Manager - Industrial Construction

About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex industrial builds, working with subcontractors, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong focus on industrial construction
Experience with manufacturing, warehouse, or processing facilities
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, P6, Smartsheets, or similar)
Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30 certification
Experience managing projects $15M+
PMP or CCM certification

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance on all jobsites
Monitor jobsite progress, quality, and productivity
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
Identify and resolve risks, issues, and field challenges
Oversee procurement and project closeout documentation
