The Project Manager III manages project execution, ensuring delivery of IT, cybersecurity, and engineering efforts aligned with cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

Requirements

8–12 years of experience in program/project management or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs/projects.
Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk).
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, DAWIA PM).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
Familiarity with EVM and program reporting.
Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Lead project execution ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Oversee project reporting, PMRs, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cybersecurity, and engineering.
Ensure compliance with contractual and DoD requirements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
Other duties as assigned or required.
