Position Summary: The HBS Construction Project Manager II works to manage all projects in collaboration with construction and general contracting team members to develop and maintain construction and engineering schedules. They have project financial responsibility, including budget, profit, and cost projections. Responsible for building and updating P6 schedules (or reaching out internally for expertise) and various milestones and be sure project deliverables are completed or added to the scope of work. Provides updates to Manager of Construction on the progress of project progression via a monthly forecasting meeting performed 1 on 1 with the Manager of Construction. Must work towards software proficiency of P6, Procore and any other required application. Places an emphasis on building and maintaining best in class relationships with clients, internally and externally. The Project Manager II must build effective and professional relationships with all project stakeholders including subcontractors, vendors and equipment suppliers. Is involved with mentoring less experienced HBS Project Managers on best practices.
