About The Position

itD is seeking a Project Manager II to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting large-scale technology and business application solutions. This role will drive integrated product experiences, manage cross-company partnerships, and ensure seamless execution across engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in project estimation, scheduling, and large-scale implementation planning, along with a proven track record of delivering technology-driven solutions in multi-platform enterprise environments.

Requirements

2–4 years of project management experience (PM Level II equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in project estimating, scheduling, and tracking within large organizations.
Proven experience managing customer interactions and implementation planning.
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven people management and team-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications and business functions.
Ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering teams.
Experience in cross-company or global project coordination.
PMI or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, tracking, and execution across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate integration of technical activities to deliver seamless in-app experiences.
Partner with engineering teams (8–10 engineers) across multiple countries to drive execution and delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather data, align on APIs, and enable cross-functional data sharing.
Analyze resource requirements, market demands, and technical feasibility to assess project scope and risk.
Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Review project cost estimates, contracts, and implementation plans to ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while exercising strong judgment and adaptability.
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
