Mass General Brigham relies on a wide range of professionals, including doctors, nurses, business people, tech experts, researchers, and systems analysts to advance our mission. As a not-for-profit, we support patient care, research, teaching, and community service, striving to provide exceptional care. We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham. About Healthcare at Home: Mass General Brigham’s Healthcare at Home division is transforming how and where care is delivered — bringing hospital-level treatment into patients’ homes and expanding access to home-based and post-acute care. We’re seeking a Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, and can drive projects that launch new service lines, improve processes, and make a real difference for patients and care teams. This role manages multiple large-scale initiatives across Healthcare at Home, owning the full project lifecycle from planning through execution. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. This is a predominantly remote position with occasional travel to Assembly Row, Newton, and other Healthcare at Home locations.
