About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager I to provide technical direction and oversight for distribution system projects. Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
• Experience: 3+ years in Project Management and/or Engineering roles
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• License: Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no alcohol/drug offenses in past 5 years)
• Integrity: Strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale distribution system projects within budget and timeline constraints
• Provide technical direction to project teams and participants across multiple workstreams
• Monitor project progress and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and industry developments
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices implementation
• Coordinate with field operations and construction teams as needed
