We’re here to better our world with biology. Join us as our new Project Manager This position works with both internal and external stakeholders to launch new manufacturing projects. In this role you'll make an impact by: Managing and coordinating input to cross functional teams to deliver customized products to our customers. Preparing project timelines to be shared with Sales and the customers. Preparing necessary documentation needed for internal and external use Ensuring communication to Sales and Customer on project status and progress Coordinating artwork associated with new product launches and changes to existing artwork, which includes but is not limited to technical review, establishing new die lines, obtaining printer proof and customer approvals. Establishing, organizing and filing product profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years experience in Project Management.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP compliance, documentation and quality systems
  • Ability to work effectively with a team in a diverse work group
  • Effective coordination across multiple functions within a large company
  • Proficiency within Microsoft programs (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.) and other basic computer programs/functions
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages welcome

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred background in Food/Dietary Supplements and/or manufacturing
  • Preferred working knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities
