About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects (or components of projects) of varying complexity through design and implementation to achieve division goals and objectives. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with Pointcore system by contributing in and where directed, leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department Standards of Performance relative to project execution and performance improvement. This position will focus on performance engineering and redesign
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR Completion of High School/GED and 3 years' experience managing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
