We're searching for a dynamic business professional to join our team as a Project Manager! This role will lead and manage all activities related to project life cycle and execution with regards to: mergers/acquisitions/integrations/divestitures/joint ventures, operational initiatives and support, business process improvements, technology enhancements, and other UPMC strategic projects and initiatives. This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and tactical execution with subject matter experts to support the project management and change management of HR's strategic roadmap in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the Project Manager will provide a clear vision of the project goals, objectives and execution plan. They'll define the project metrics to the responsible business owners, develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage project tools and reporting and also be able to define business challenges and develop solutions to meet the stakeholders' needs. They must provide clear direction, leadership, and accountability for project management efforts while collaborating with cross functional business partners for project development and execution.
