This role offers the opportunity to lead complex healthcare technology implementations and serve as the critical bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams. You will drive successful client go-lives, ensuring operational workflows, automation processes, and technology solutions are effectively deployed. The position requires a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare operations, patient engagement systems, and clinical workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with clients, helping healthcare organizations achieve measurable outcomes. Requirements

10+ years of project/program management experience in healthcare technology implementations (EHR, clinical workflows, practice management, patient engagement, or automation platforms)
Proven experience managing complex implementations with U.S. healthcare clients
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical and administrative workflows
Technical aptitude, comfortable with APIs, integrations, data flows, and automation logic
Experience working with Engineering and Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Experience with healthcare automation or AI-driven workflows
Exposure to patient engagement or intake automation platforms
Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, privacy/security practices)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementations, from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization
Partner with healthcare organizations to understand workflows, requirements, and success metrics
Translate client needs into actionable plans for internal teams and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Support teams
Coordinate training, onboarding, and change management initiatives
Map client workflows and design automated processes for operational improvement
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, scope, and dependencies, proactively resolving issues
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, feedback loops, and advocacy
