Resource Furniture is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager, Furniture Installation to join our team in our Los Angeles showroom – 314 North Crescent Heights Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90048. This person will be acting as the primary Project Manager for our West Coast Showrooms (Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle). This is a full-time salary exempt position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer relations, and must have hands-on experience with installations, carpentry, repairs, etc., preferably with high-end furniture. This is a highly visible role, working with sales staff, drafters, a west coast customer service and logistics coordinator as well as our contracted warehouses and installation teams. This role will require you to be client facing whether on-site or virtually. Responsibilities will include everything from meticulous site measurements/notes and recommendations during the proposal process to seamless coordination with the west coast coordinator to ensure successful installations and service resolutions. With your expertise in project management and exceptional organizational skills, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the perfect experience for our clients. To be considered, you must have a valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and personal vehicle to travel between site visits.
