About The Position

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. is a dynamic and innovative organization committed to delivering excellence to our customers. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team to plan, organize, and execute company participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation through completion. This role manages logistics, documentation, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with Pipp's Installation, Engineering, Sales, Account Management and Marketing teams to ensure events are executed smoothly and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3 years' experience (or equivalent combination).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (specifically Project) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of trade shows and events, including booth selection, space layout, shipping, travel, lodging, and on-site set up and teardown.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact with event organizers, vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develops and manages event timelines and checklists to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Tracks expenses to ensure budget guidelines are not exceeded and maintains cost control.
  • Sources, negotiates, and manages vendors such as booth designers, freight companies, AV providers, and promotional suppliers.
  • Attends events to manage setup, operations, and troubleshooting.
