About The Position

The Event Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of high-profile internal and client-facing events across diverse industries. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the full event lifecycle while balancing creativity, technical execution, and budget management. Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of event management experience, preferably in agency or high-touch client environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Technical and creative curiosity, with familiarity in AV production and creative service logistics.
  • Alignment with values of commitment, kindness, and humility in professional interactions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for on-site event management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead audiovisual and creative event project planning, managing scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through project lifecycles and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consultative guidance and fostering repeat business.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between internal teams, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage creative deliverables, including logistics with vendors, asset tracking, purchase orders, and budget stewardship.
  • Provide on-site leadership, preparing staff for successful execution and maintaining high energy in fast-paced event environments.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and team processes.
