About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage design-build commercial construction projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project execution, and coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of design-build construction processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage design-build commercial projects from bid through closeout
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals during preconstruction
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
