We are searching for a Estimator / Project manager with proven experience and knowledge in the Heavy Civil industry. A competent team member with the understanding of civil construction scopes that will allow them to be a valuable contributor with timely and accurate proposal preparation and cohesive project coordination and management. Our clientele has varied needs that we strive to meet, and we would like to welcome you with your strong drive and professional abilities in our quest for continued success to our team. The Estimator / PM position is not either one or the other; you may be responsible to handle a project from cradle to grave, with all the inherent details, reports, and follow through needed; or you may be estimating more projects that are then managed by another team member, or you could be more of a PM and find yourself managing more work than estimating; this will all depend upon your strengths and inclinations. Depending upon experience

Requirements

• You are a professional in the Heavy Civil field; we expect a strong understanding of what is required.
• Extremely high level of integrity and very strong ethical behaviors.
• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Handling multiple projects and multiple disciplines and tasks related to each project.
• Proficient in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite
• Have a strong desire to learn and grow and understand the best process for you to learn.
• A strong attention to detail; the devil is in the details they say.
• Must be able to show proof of age over 18
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
