About The Position
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial concrete projects from estimating through completion. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver high-quality concrete finishes on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial concrete project management and/or estimating
- Strong understanding of concrete construction means, methods, and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid organizational, cost-control, and scheduling skills
- Professional, client-facing communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for commercial concrete scopes
- Manage projects from bid award through closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
