About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial asphalt and paving projects from estimating through completion. This role combines preconstruction estimating, project execution, and field coordination to deliver parking lot, paving, and maintenance projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong experience in asphalt paving project management and/or estimating
• Strong understanding of asphalt materials, paving operations, and production methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid organizational, scheduling, and cost-control skills
• Ability to read plans, scopes, and site layouts
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for asphalt paving, repairs, sealcoating, striping, and patching
• Manage projects from bid award through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, trucking, and material suppliers
• Track schedules, budgets, job costs, and change orders
• Conduct site walks, pre-job planning, and daily coordination as needed
• Monitor production, material usage, and quality control
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
