About The Position
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee commercial concrete, building, and restoration projects from estimating through completion. This role combines preconstruction estimating, project execution, and field coordination to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial construction, concrete, or restoration project management and estimating
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid organizational, scheduling, and budgeting skills
- Professional, client-facing communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for concrete, restoration, and commercial construction projects
- Manage projects from bid award through closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material procurement, and equipment
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
