About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee roofing and construction projects from initial estimating through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting field operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in roofing, construction, or related field
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimating
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and interact with clients
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and proposals for roofing and construction projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule work and manage resources
• Monitor project progress, track costs, and adjust plans as necessary to maintain profitability
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
