About The Position

We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to manage asphalt, paving, and construction projects from estimating through execution. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project oversight, and field coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• Experience in asphalt, paving, or heavy civil construction project management and estimating
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for asphalt, paving, and construction projects
• Manage projects from bid award through closeout
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor jobsite progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to manage scope and expectations
