About The Position
We’re hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to support multifamily building products projects from estimating through delivery. This role focuses on pricing, coordination, and project execution for large-scale multifamily developments.
Requirements
- Experience in project management and/or estimating within building products or multifamily construction
- Strong understanding of multifamily construction workflows and schedules
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Solid organizational, cost-control, and communication skills
- Professional, client-facing approach
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for multifamily building products
- Manage projects from order award through completion and closeout
- Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and installation schedules
- Track project budgets, change orders, and documentation
- Communicate with general contractors, developers, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
