About The Position

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to oversee residential remodeling projects from initial estimate through final completion. This role requires strong project coordination, client communication, and the ability to manage multiple home renovation jobs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals
• Manage residential re-modeling projects on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, onsite activities, and project timelines
