About The Position

As a Project Manager at ESO, you will have responsibility for implementing transformative strategies and managing enterprise-wide projects. Our mission leverages data to drive better outcomes for our community's health and safety, this role enables our company to scale while continuing to grow data-related opportunities. In this role you will be part of our Enterprise Program Management Office team, reporting to the Transformation Director, who is based in our Austin office. This is a remote opportunity for someone living in the US.

Requirements

2+ years' experience in managing multi-team/enterprise-wide projects.
Understanding of project management best practices.
Working knowledge of full project lifecycle/SDLC.
Proven ability with problem-solving, process governance, and project completion.
Experience with stakeholder, budget, and risk management.
Ability to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence.
You are a self-starter who identifies, negotiates, and solves problems.

Nice To Haves

Experience in working across all areas of business within a modern Agile Software company.
Change management skills, i.e., comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, yet able to execute on commitments.
Experience working with executive level leadership within an organisation.
