The Project Manager PMO, position under the Enterprise PMO will focus on supporting projects/programs which facilitate the regulatory compliance of existing products to ensure we remain in market. This role works closely with Marketing, R&D and Regulatory across multiple regions and production sites to ensure product line continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview)

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed work breakdown structures
• Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured execution plans to meet the demands of the business
• Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits
• Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools
• Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
• Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
• Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection
• Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
