In support of an ambitious global growth plan, Greene Tweed’s Transformation Office is hiring an experienced change agent to lead large, cross-functional Enterprise Process Improvement projects. The Project Manager – Enterprise Initiatives will translate broad problem statements and white space challenges into clearly defined and solvable projects that he/she leads to successful completion. Deployable across every corner of the company, the Project Manager – Enterprise Initiatives will use Data Analysis, Process Investigation and Design, Business Requirements, Benchmarking, Program Management, and Continuous Improvement tools to create project charters, create teams, and lead them to successful outcomes. He/she will demonstrate a high level of business acumen and a focus on measurable results to generate step changes in key process performance at a cross-functional, company level.
