Job Description Summary: As an Enterprise Project Manager, you are the strategic lead for Modernizing Medicine’s most complex, high-value customer implementations. This is a high-visibility role responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for large-scale healthcare organizations and multi-specialty practices. You will serve as the primary bridge between our internal cross-functional teams and the client’s executive leadership, ensuring that our software solutions are deployed with precision, driving immediate clinical and operational value.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience, with an emphasis on SaaS implementation or Enterprise Professional Services.
  • Deep understanding of the HealthTech landscape (EHR, PM, RCM) is a significant plus. Familiarity with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, MIPS/MACRA) is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority. You are a diplomat who can navigate complex needs and challenges.
  • PMP Certification is highly preferred.
  • Mastery of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Expertise in enterprise PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, Cloud Coach).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Elite verbal and written communication skills; ability to distill complex technical hurdles into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closing of enterprise-level implementations, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales handoff to "Go-Live" and ultimate handoff to Support/Customer Success.
  • Manage large-scale project workstreams including technical configuration, data conversion, 3rd-party integrations (interoperability), and specialized clinical workflow training.
  • Establish and lead project steering committees; facilitate high-stakes meetings with client C-suite (COO, CTO, CIO, CEO) to align on KPIs and success criteria.
  • Act as the point of contact and bridge across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Training teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure resource alignment.
  • Follow and contribute to the EPMO playbook by identifying systemic gaps and implementing process improvements that reduce "Time-to-Value."
  • Proactively identify and resolve high-impact risks; develop contingency plans for complex data migrations or change-management resistance within client organizations.
  • Rigorously manage project scope and budgets, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining the profitability of the professional services engagement.
