About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Engineer to lead complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical feasibility, budget adherence, and timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management and engineering roles, managing technical projects.
  • Technical Acumen: Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams (internal engineers, external contractors, vendors), fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project goals.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards, company policies, and relevant codes/regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison, providing regular progress reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, review engineering deliverables, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows.
