About The Position

ITTConnect is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager - Testing to work for a client in the Atlanta area. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. End client is the Telecom industry. Job location: Hybrid, Sandy Springs, GA 30329.

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee End-to-End (E2E) testing life cycles for a major Telecom client. Unlike a niche automation lead, this PM will manage the "big picture" quality strategy, ensuring that cross-functional systems—from backend network infrastructure to frontend customer interfaces—function seamlessly.

Requirements

• Testing Versatility: Deep experience in End-to-End testing methodologies; comfortable managing manual, automated, and UAT work streams without being tied to one specific technology.
• Project Governance: Proven ability to manage timelines, risk logs, and resource allocation for large-scale QA deployments.
• Sector Expertise: Solid background in the Telco industry, with an understanding of its unique technical architecture.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to lead meetings and present technical readiness to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cross-platform integration testing.

Responsibilities

• E2E Strategy: Orchestrate comprehensive testing phases across multiple platforms, ensuring no gaps exist between siloed technical teams.
• Telecom Ecosystem Management: Lead testing projects specifically tailored to Telecommunications workflows (e.g., billing, provisioning, and network reliability).
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Manage diverse testing teams and third-party vendors, focusing on high-level delivery rather than a single testing tool or language.
• Executive Reporting: Distill complex testing metrics and defect reports into clear, actionable updates for Senior Leadership.
